PRESIDENT MUSEVENI SIGNS ANTI-MINI-SKIRT LAW, UGANDAN WOMEN WEARING MINI-SKIRTS TO BE ARRESTED



Police Officers in the East African nation of Uganda have been directed to arrest any GIRLS wearing MINI-SKIRTS and LEGGINGS effective tomorrow morning.

Following the signing of the Anti-Pornography bill aka Anti-Mini skirt bill into law by the President Yoweri Museveni, the Ethics and Integrity Minister, Fr. Lokodo has directed Police to begin implementing this law as soon as tomorrow morning.

Ugandan Men have also been given the right to arrest any girl wearing Mini-skirts under the provision of a citizen Arrest.

All skirts are expected to be below the knees at all times.

Secondly, anyone who watches Pornography or distributes it in any way, faces arrest effective tomorrow morning.

The Minister also clarifies that the President is yet to put Pen to paper as far as the Anti-homosexuality bill is concerned.
